Summary
Boy's 'skeleton suit'. Natural plain weave linen. 1) Coat: V shaped neckline. Seamed down CB, low shoulder seams. Fronts extending to side back, triangular inset at back nect. Pearl buttons at front and back. Elbow-length sleeves each in two sections, gathered into armhole, buttonholes round bottom, detachable undersleeve. Wristband fastened with pearl button and buttonhole, attaching to upper sleeves with pearl buttons. Fronts faced with self fabric, band of coarse linen inside wrist. 2) Trousers: legs in two sections, seamed. 10.2cm opening at front closed buttoned. Pockets at sides, front and back gathered into straight waistband, 11.4cm opening at each side of waist, closed with pearl buttons. Buttonholes at CF and CB.
