Summary

Boy's suit, light grey woollen cloth, chequered black. 1) Kilt: bodice of fawn mercerised cotton, lined. Round neck fastening with metal buttons and buttonholes marked 'suspender' round rim. In one section each side of front opening, skirt of pleated grey cloth. Wrap-over section fastening on right with metal buttons at waist, inside button. Composition buttons on right side of lower part of skirt. 2) Jacket: grey cloth lined with fawn mercerised cotton and striped cotton. Round neck, open F to waist, composition buttons at neck, buttons on front edges. Fronts in one section to side back seams, slit breast pocket edged with braid on left side front, braid loop and button for hat on left shoulder . More braid on shoulders to waist, decorated with buttons and tabs. Long straight sleeves 3) Waistcoat: grey cloth with fawn mercerised cotton back, lined. High round neck fastening with fawn buttons at CF. Fronts each in one section, pointed at waist. Back in one section, imitation pocket flap each side of front. Braids and buttons on edges.
