White linen trimmed with bobbin lace (Valenciennes) and pale blue silk satin ribbon. Wide legs. Fastening centre back waist. Buttonholes for attachment to chemise at centre front waist. Narrow openwork insertion round each leg below hip. Round bottom of each leg lace insertions above ribbon threaded through slots in muslin tied in bows at back of legs. Narrow openwork insertion below ribbon. Legs end in muslin frills and lace.
