Summary

Glossy navy blue wholestraw plait. Lined with black twilled and knitted silk. Brim slightly turned down, faced with navy silk muslin pleated from inside edge and narrowly ruched along outer edge. Blue corded silk ribbon round crown, joining at centre back with fringed end hanging loose and formed into very large bow at centre front, loops caught to top of crown. Lining on sides of twilled silk and base of knitted silk.
