Summary

Navy blue cotton base with pile of looped very fine navy cellophane and flat black cellophane. Lined with black rayon satin. Floppy brimless shape with circular top section. Fabric draped round sides, forming self bow at right side and large self pleat at left, trimmed with 3 ream plush roses. Front edge interfaced with band of stiffening.
