Summary
White corded silk. Blunt slightly upturned point each side of front. Covered with white feathers, with white feather ornament imitating a seagull turning towards each point. Narrow white corded silk band inside. Lined with cream silk. 3 silk-covered wire loops behind, the bottom 2 crossing in the centre, to fit back of head.
