Summary

Black corded silk and white pique over stiffened foundation. Flat shallow crown with black corded ribbon band. Wide brim, wider at sides than back and wired at edge. Crown and brim covered with black silk, brim lined with white pique. White corded ribbon band inside crown, comb sewn to inner band in front. Possibly made by Otto Lucas.
