Summary

Powder blue felt trimmed with net and ribbon. Turned up brim, deeper and standing away from crown further at front. Narrow band of seld fabric round base of crown, crossing over itself at centre back and passing round crown again at higher level. Compound bow of hat fabric and blue petersham ribbon at centre front, section of blue rayon net attached to top band from side backs, extending across front of hat, covering bow, and attached back to base of crown.
