Summary
Stiff cream wool, glazed and watered; in four widths with CB opening between two seams; hem piped with thick cord, three rows of similar cord inserted at intervals of 3-4 inches above hem, extra row at back only; pleated, except at CF, to shaped yoke of white cotton in two section seamed at CF and fastening at back with buttons, yoke seams and edge piped; 6 inch facing of white cotton inside hem continuing for 1.5inches on righ tside.
