Summary
Black satin figured with stem design, trimmed with black bobbin lace (Maltese), lined with black silk. Wide lace border round all edges, concealing frill at hem, and headed at neck and hem with ruched silk trimmed with beads. Beaded fringe decoration each side of neck in front. Said to have been worn with Dress 1955.286 and Bonnet 1955.287 A
