Maroon and cream satin, lined with striped black and white cotton. Cut in six sections with band at top; stitched with cream stitching to take black ribbon drawstring, fastening at CB, double row of stitching beneath; at hem frill fo three narrow pleats in cream alternating with maroon band, headed by cream piped and stitched band, and stitched down halfway.
