White cotton printed with fine blue stripes in groups of three. In five shaped sections, fuller and pleated at CB, with drawstring; fastening with linen button to left of front, darts over hips, hole worked at CF below waist; wide bias section below knee with five horizontal tucks, three narrower bias sections below, the bottom one, slightly gathered to form frill.
