Summary

Petticoat and knickers. White rayon printed with feather design in pink, white and blue. Knickers: back and front each in one flared bias section, waist fastening on left with pearl button and buttonhole and another below, elastic at CB waist; bias piece, ends cut in one point, seamed across centre, seamed into inverted v cut in centre of bottom edge back and front; wavy edges of open legs bound with bias strip.
