Black silk crepe. Straight top edge, narrow shoulder straps; back and front each in one slightly shaped section, one section each side with darts at waist; front seams curving out to sides at otp; top edge trimmed with three narrow bands seamed together with openwork (faggotting), a little openwork embroidery below at CF; hem edge scalloped ; woven label "Bourne & Hollingsworth".
