Straight top edge, slot for elastic each side, narrow shoulder straps; top edged fawn lace, scalloped at lower edge; petticoat below in two straight sections seamed each side of back, pleated to lace each side of back and front; slots for belt (missing) at waist, lace edging at hem; woven label "Bourne & Hollingsworth LTD. / OXFORD ST, W.1.".
