Two widths and one straight section closely gathered to waistband fastening CB with two linen buttons and buttonholes; lower part of skirt worked with horizontal tucks; band of openwork embroidery (broderie anglaise) worked towards hem, with applied white braid above and below; coarse bobbin lace trimming at hem.
