Front in one section each side of fastening with two black velvet covered buttons to V-neck; back in one section; trimmed groups of vertical tucks and frills of black lace put on with vandyking of narrow black velvet ribbon with white sdges; long sleeves in two curved sections; neck, shoulders and wrists trinmmed similar frilling; gathered to straight waist band.
