Summary

Interior view of a large timber-beamed, comfortably furnished room. On the right can be seen a very ornate stone fire surround. At the rear of the room is an elaborately carved set of wooden panels, with a sideboard inset. To the left are two large luxuriously-curtained windows. Occupying the room are three young ladies, one plays the piano (or similar instrument), one sings, and the third sits on a low upholstered ottoman with a book, a footstool, and two small dogs. A patterned carpet covers the floor, and framed pictures fill remaining wall space.
