Period: Model of young girl asleep in a cradle. White earthenware, picked out in brown, green, yellow and yellow ochre high temperature colours beneath a pearlware glaze. Private: Miniature basketwork cradle with two rockers, sides painted with underglaze green and brown trelliswork. Relief-moulded figure of a young girl in nightdress and cap lying asleep in cradle surrounded by blankets and large pillow with two ornamental tassles. Bedlinen and clothes picked out in brown, yellow and yellow ochre. Finely crazed greenish-blue pearlware glaze.
