Coat; claret cloth, lined pale blue silk; standing collar; curved fronts extending under arm; back cut in two shaped sections tapering to waist; skirt with fronts curving towards back, open down centre back with pleated, joined section at back of each front; front fastening with two hooks and eyes at breast, seven cut steel buttons and imitation stitched buttonholes down front to waist; pocket in each side with three pointed flap and three buttons beneath; turn back cuffs with three buttons; two buttons at cenre back and two down each pleat. L 38 in, Shoulders 14 in, W 27 in Breeches; Faced inside round waist and at centre front with pale blue twill silk; small gusset at centre back with two holes each side for braid lacing; open centre front and fastening with four buttons, lower two smaller, covered by small flap front seamed in line with central seam fastening with button at each side at top; pocket inset on right at waist; two buttons each side of opening at front and one at each side of centre back; buttons metal, enamelled black, stamped: "Alex Riley, Glasgow", legs fastening on outside at knee with four cut steel buttons and buttonholes; overlapping opening with buttonhole on opposite side; L 31 in, W 34 in Waistcoat; (N.B.
