White satin waistcoat with horizontal rose-pink stripes edged brown; figured with small formal design in pale blue; back and lining white linen padded fronts in one section fastening to low v-neck with six satin-covered buttons and buttonholes; turn-down collar ending in curved revers; slightly pointed waistline; slit pocket,white linen,at waist each side; collar, front waist and pocket edges trimmed narrow red and white silk cord; waist edge lined buff leather; narrow triangular linen sections under arm; back in two sections, bottom edge rising to centre; sewn-down belt at waist with two holes for lacing each side,and linen tie.
