Summary
Coat - Fawn cloth fastening at front with six metal buttons to high neck. Small reverse and turned-down collar of yellow cloth edged with silver braid. Piece of cloth imitating inverted pocket flap trimmed with three buttons at waist seam. Skirt at back. Padded at the sides and lined with fawn twilled wool. Long sleeves opening at wrist with two buttons. Breeches - Fawn cloth with pocket on each side, fastening with three buttons under flap the whole width of front. Flap fastening with with four buttons. Buttons for braces front and back (one missing). Button fastening at knee with five small pearl buttons. Waistcoat - Fawn cloth lined with fawn twilled cotton. High V-neck with seven metal buttons. Pocket with welt each side. Small diagonal pocket on left chest. Half-belt with metal buckle. Long sleeves fastening at wrist with button. Boots - Black leather with brown leather turned over tops; foot in 2 sections seamed at sides, front section extending in tongue shape up front of instep; leg in 1 section seamed at back with strip of leather covering seam; rounded toes; low heels; 2 tape loops inside each top for pulling on; gold stamp inside front of top: "Peal and Co."
