Wild Wales

Robin Guthrie, 1902 - 1971

Wild Wales

Robin Guthrie 1902 - 1971

Summary

A view of a valley in the Welsh hillside. A lone house set amongst thick and bushy autumnal coloured trees can be seen in the centre of the valley. Rough impressions of heges and flowers are given by splashes of colour. The artist uses bluer colours to indicate the distance of the hills furthest away. There is a cloudy sky above.
