Black leather brogue shoes covered with black leather circles. Size 40. Peter Jensen's collections are often inspired by a series of muses, who he describes as compelling, fascinating, complex and unconventional women. Jensen’s past collections have referenced the artist Cindy Sherman and the figure skater Tonya Harding. This ensemble is inspired by British artist and sculptor Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975) and explores organic, feminine shapes, paying tribute to Hepworth’s signature pierced forms. This collection was shown in the context of the artwork that inspired it at The Hepworth, Wakefield, in March 2013.
