Summary

Fronts embroidered as a piece with silks in pinks, greens, browns and blues. Floral border with stylised sprigs over the body. High collar similarly embroidered, brown silk embroidery around the edge of collar, CF and pockets. Collar and fronts faced cream silk. 8 buttonholes (1sham) and 7 buttons (embroidered with a pink flower). Right front subsequently let out slightly and buttons moved. Inner cream silk facing different contemporary alteration. Back of cream calico with ties with a button (missing) and hole. CB seam.
