Summary
Public: Tall two-handled vase, white earthenware, decorated with flowering vines and heart-shaped leaves in silver lustre over a lustrous blue-green glaze. Private: Cylindrical vase tapering to narrow flared footring, with tall, narrow, flared neck and two squared loop handles from shoulder to below neck rim. Decorated with an iridescent glaze, yellow-green at shoulder blending into blue-green at foot. Painted in silver lustre round body with scrolling vines, heart-shaped leaves and small simple flowers, rising from eight stems at foot. Collar round shoulder of diagonal stripes and spots in lustre, plain silver lustre neck and handles. Painted lustre down one side of body has turned a deep yellow.
