Summary
Public: Globular vase with tall neck, white earthenware, decorated with Tudor roses on scrolling stems, in silver lustre and copper red over a lustrous yellow-green glaze. Private: Globular vase tapering to flared footring, with very tall, narrow, straight neck. Decorated with a yellow-green glaze, lustrous round lower body. Painted in silver lustre round body with two thick horizontal parallel wavy stems, each with scrolling stems of heart-shaped leaves and four Tudor roses and four roses in profile. Flowers in copper red glaze, fired away in places, with silver lustre outlines. Border round base of neck of silver wavy line and spots, plain dark lustre neck with purple iridescent sheen.
