Brown cotton satin printed in flower and spray pattern in red, yellow and blue, trimmed with cream lace. Bodice lined to hip with grey cotton printed in mesh design. High round neck, standing collar. Fastening from neck to hip with buttons, removable. Plastron effect pleats over bust. Small watch pocket at left front waist. Centre back seam open at hip over inserted panel. Inner cotton waistband. Vertical tapes and two pairs of tapes across back inside controlling draping. Sleeves lined with brown cotton twill. Separate skirt fastening centre back, petersham waistband. Hem bound with black wool braid, pocket in right side seam. Two pairs of tapes across back inside.
