Summary
Public: Flattened circular bowl with inverted shoulder, red earthenware, with a brown painted wave border obscured by a semi-transparent matt grey eggshell glaze. Private: Shallow flattened bowl with inverted shoulder and short straight rim, on wide thrown foot with flared rim. Shoulder painted in-glaze with a greenish-brown continuous wave motif, almost totally obscured by the semi-transparent matt grey 'Lapis' eggshell glaze through which red body can be seen. Thrown spiral in bottom of foot, glaze pooling between raised ridges.
