Summary

Mauve synthetic net, maroon petersham ribbon, flowers. Crown made up of 3 layers of net, darted to fit close to head in cloche shape. Petersham ribbon round front of crown, crossing over itself at centre back and extending round neck edge to sides in loop and pointed end. Lower edge of hat below ribbon, tapering from centre front to nothing at centre back, entrely covered by plush and fabric multi-coloured flowers.
