Portrait of a small child taken from Van Dyck's 'Lady and Child'. The young child is dressed in 17th Century costume including a ruff and wide brimmed hat trimmed with a feather. He sits looking off to the left with outstretched arms. There is a dark indistinct background, possibly a window with a heavy drape.
