Summary
Public: Baluster vase with high shoulder and wide neck, red earthenware, with turquoise Opalescent-veined glaze. Private: Baluster vase tapering from high flat shoulder to flared foot-ring, wide short neck with everted rim. Opalescent-veined glaze gives feathery streak effect, pronounced at shoulder and down lower part of body, red earthenware body visible beneath streaks giving purplish hue, red around rim. Dark green glaze pooled slightly at base of neck.
