Turn down collar and revers; long sleeves; waist seam with elastic at back, and peplum to side fronts giving the impression of jacket skirts; straight skirt with back kick pleat; separate matching stiffened belt with self fabric covered buckle; shoulder pads; unlined; label cb "Principles Petites, made in England, 10".
