DB, opening full length and buttoning at waist with 2 pairs of white plastic half spherical buttons; short sleeves set in with square seams and gathered to top shoulders and into bands at elbows with buttons; no collar; very wide floating revers; 2.5in band at waist with 2 pairs of buttons; cross-over 4-panel skirt with floating panel to left; bodice unlined; skirt lined white nylon; no label.
