High loose polo collar in similar black velvet and fastening CB with three black fascetted buttons above a vent. Shoulder pads. Matching black glass beaded floral applique motifs on each shoulder. Unlined. Black velvet skirt in 65% triacetate and 35% polyester. Elasticated waist. Unlined.
