Summary
Brown woven hemp-type straw fabric and brown felt hat. Small hat, with low crown, pushed in at top. Short brim, folded at edges. Decorated at the back with a curving point in the same straw, moulded to fit the head. this is covered in floppy brown felt flowers, felt loops and bunches of artificial flower stamens. Edges turned over. Band of artificial silk inside rim of hat. Elastic cord sewn in, to keep hat in place.
