Outside view looking towards a large square, stone building, at the corner section. On the left hand end of the building, there is a tower with a domed roof. On the right of the tower are steps leading to the entrance, which are below an archway. At the corner section a dome can be seen on the roof. Crowds of people are around the building at ground level, giving an idea of the scale of the building.
