The woman's hair is arranged in a centre parting with a chignon at the nape of her neck. She is wearing a dark coloured silk dress comprising a fitted and buttoned lightly embroidered bodice, white collar and cuffs, full sleeves and a full skirt. She is wearing a brooch at her collar.
