Summary

Yellow organdie lined with yellow rayon poutt. Top edge level with underarms, rising above bust each side, dipping to CF. CB fastening with three hooks and eyes at top, zip below to hip. Inner waistband of corded ribbon, fastening with hook and eye and with loops for hanging. Top edge trimmed with bias fold of white cotton pique, and another fold of organdie. Narrow organdie shoulder straps. Top layer of skirt cut to form train. Large white cotton pique bow to left of CF waist intertwined with the sewing-on of this layer. Second layer of skirt cut with top layer to form train. Third organdie layer not cut with train. Similar skirt below of net. Innermost skirt of yellow corded silk. Cotton Board
