Matt black silk crepe cocktail/evening dress with bias cut panels on the cross; boat neckline with bow to right shoulder; peplum at waist with back ties; long skirt tied to left hem with a large bow; self lined; woven label to left seam 'Chloe, made in France' and washing instructions. Belonged to Anne Moen Bullitt (1924-2007). Born in Paris and married 4 times, by 1955, Anne was living in Ireland, but she continued to buy much of her clothing in Paris. Anne Bullitt was tiny, making her clothes virtually unwearable for anyone else.
