Domed cover with everted rim, the handle formed as a stalk with two flowers. Circular stand with wide, upturned rim, narrow footring.Painted in green, yellow, yellow ochre, puce, mauve and iron red with naturalistic bunches of flowers in oval reserves on a dark blue ground, decorated with fine lines and small flowers in two colours of gilding. Details picked out in gilt. Inside the bowl, sprays of flowers in colours and gilt.
