Summary
Buckle, silver, circular on a shagreen ground with a spreading tendril and three leafy buds. Enscribed "Cymric", a mass produced range of silverware begun by Liberty in 1899, using designers Rex Silver and Arthur Gaskin, as well as Archibald Knox.
