Oak sideboard in the "Gothic" style with ebony and walnut inlay and brass fittings and twin pedestal cupboards flanking a smaller double-door compartment. Upper gallery on supporting columns. The ebonised inlay, petal motifs, columns and cusped bosses all suggest the freelance designer, Charles Bevan.
