Summary

Public: Small baluster vase, porcelain, covered in rouge flambe glaze, shoulder in pale yellow crystalline glaze. Private: Tiny baluster vase with wide flat shoulder and straight sides tapering to narrow flat foot. Narrow neck with short everted rim. Covered over all exterior and inside neck with bright red flambe glaze, evenly coated. Shoulder and part way down sides then covered with pale yellow crystalline glaze, possibly with added silver lustre, crystals showing as long feathery streaks, red visible beneath in patches. Bright red flambe untouched on neck rim.
