Summary

London shape teacup of conical form, tapering to concave curve round lower body and turned, flared footring. Angular curved loop handle with thumb rest curving inward, picked out in blue enamel. Decorated round sides with three floral sprays, crudely painted in bright iron red, purple, yellow, blue and green enamels, one large spray to left of handle, two smaller sprays round sides further to left. Blue enamel band to cup rim. Deep saucer with sloping sides, painted with same three flower groups as cup, two single scattered leaves disguising blemishes in well, blue band to saucer rim.
