Dark red satin, fancy mauve chip braid, mauve/pink fibre braid. Lined with black silk. Irregular crown, satin draped over buckram, chip brim extended by band of wired fibre braid. 3 large mauve and pink stiffened fabric poppies at right and 2 at left, between crown and brim. Brim faced with satin. Black velvet inside headband.
