Summary
Shoes or mules in scarlet leather with multi-coloured striped silk trim to edges, insides and in a band above the soles; cut out symbols of a star and crescent moon on the outer edge, revealing a silver lining; red leather covered narrow cuban heels; pointed toes; black ribbed rubber soles; red insoles with black labels woven in gold 'Alexander McQueen, made in Italy'. Born in 1969, Alexander McQueen worked as Chief Designer at Givenchy from 1996-2001 when he set up his own company. Purchased by Daphne Guinness from Alexander McQueen shop in London, but never worn. Dated to SS2000 collection by Alexander McQueen Ltd.
