Summary
Tuxedo style jumpsuit - catwalk piece by Alexander McQueen when Chief Designer at Givenchy. Cotton sateen with silver leopard spot, brown and clear sequinned 'shirt and tie' infill and band of sequins at lowered waist; three mother-of-pearl buttons. Woven label 'Givenchy haute Couture' and also labelled 'at Richard, Givenchy, no.8'. Autumn/Winter 2000-1 Givenchy collection. Catwalk model wore the jumpsuit with a full length fur coat (see L'Officiel, no 848 (sept 2000 p.50).
