Summary
A group of costume jewellery comprising a silver metal watch with heavy linking and 4 imitation silver metal Roman coins (dial signed Schiaparelli); a gilt metal brooch in the shape of a trilby hat with a feather formed from paste (probably designed by Jean Schlumberger); and a set of 6 silver metal buttons embossed with a portrait of Napoleon 1 (probably by Schiaparelli). All probably made in the States. Belonged to the private collector, BillyBoy*, the avante-garde artist, designer and art collector who has been collecting top-end couture for 40 years and who lives in Switzerland.
