Summary

A view along a country road near Dulwich, with the road curving round to the left before turning sharply right in the distance. Dense bushes and trees line the road on either side, and a thatched cottage and fenced garden is visible amongst the foliage on the right. Travellers walking along the road include a man and dog in the bottom right, a seated figure with a donkey at the side of the road to the left, a second man with a young boy in the middle distance, and a group of figures just reaching the turn in the distance.
